We started Slow Life because the cold beer in our hands was telling us a story that didn't match the city we were in.
Sài Gòn moves fast. It rains hard. The light is yellow. The afternoons sit still for hours on end. The beer should belong to all of that — not to a template made somewhere else.
So we brew the styles people argue about anywhere — West Coast pilsners, hazy IPAs, cold lagers — from a corner bar in Sài Gòn. We ship them to bars and restaurants across Việt Nam, and we're slowly making our way to wherever else slow living gets thirsty.
